(Q1.)TRACES account has been locked. Why?

TRACES account will be locked after five consecutive unsuccessful attempts within a span of 24 hours.

(Q2.)What to do if TRACES account is locked?

Account will be unlocked exactly after one hour (60 Minutes) of getting error Account Locked.
Note: Deductor will not be able to reset the User ID or Password within this one hour (60 Minutes) of account locked.
