How many times can I update PAN of a deductee/transacting party?

Only once structurally valid PAN of a deductee in the regular statement can be updated to another structurally valid PAN . However, Invalid PAN in the regular statement can be updated with structurally valid PAN but cannot be updated with another invalid PAN
